HING KA RAITA-SANNATA
Common curd or Raita is itself very beneficial for hair and skin growth. In most parts of Northern India, it is taken along with or after lunch in the form of chaas or raita for better digestion of food.

It consists of Green chilli, Fresh Coriander, Hing, Lemon or Amchur powder, and Ginger(if needed). You just need to first of all wash Chillies and coriander well then mix and grind it in a mixer grinder along with hing and ginger. Also, you can add Lemon or Amchur powder to it to get a sour taste.
